9 march competition day 1

  • Reception and welcome by Sicco Piekeboer, Managing Director of Firda Leeuwarden
  • General opening, explanation of competition rules and assessment criteria
  • Inspirational session by Jan Smink
  • Tour of Firda Horeca & Hospitality
  • Start of concept development and brainstorming
  • Workshop Concept Development for supervisors (NHL Stenden)
  • Networking dinner at Restaurant LEF, Firda Leeuwarden

10 march competition day 2 and Gala

  • Market featuring regional and sustainable products
  • Preparation and execution of the competition
  • Concept presentations on stage in the Atrium
  • Final, award ceremony, and certificates during the gala dinner at
    Restaurant Wannee (NHL Stenden)
